Pfaffengrund Feuerweher and Woodward Township Fire Department

Located in the suburbs of Heidelberg Germany in the state of Batten-Württemberg, the Paffengrund Volunteer Fire Department has about 42 firefighters, 75 social members and 27 Junior Firefighters. The chief of the department is Michael Arnold. They run a 1990's engine and have a rescue/utility type truck. They run approximately 40 fire and rescue calls a year and do not run QRS. The department was founded in 1922. They are located in Heidelberg County. There are 9 volunteer departments in the county and a career department in Heidelberg. We will be exchanging information with them and t-shirts hopefully for many years to come and hopefully someday everyone meeting each other.
