Linden, PA - Larue Hanford, an active member of the Woodward Township Fire Department passed away this morning. Larue joined the department in 2005 after moving here from the south. He served as a firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician. He leaves behind a wife Nina and his children. Our condolences go out to the Hanford family.

The funeral service is Friday at 9:30 AM at Noll's in South Williamsport.  He will be laid to rest in the Wildwood Cemetery.
